(More customer reviews)The lead time was about SIX WEEKS as as the company makes everything to order; I have no idea why they say 6-10 days here. As it turned out, I was a bit short of the pieces I needed and they rushed what I needed in about ten days.
The panels were of good quality, though they were light enough to require care in handling. I purchased white panels. There are a million shades of white and these were a grayish white and a bit darker than I expected. I learned through after my purchase that seams are a fact of life with tin ceilings. Since they are dark, seams will show up differently, depending on the color of the panel and the height of the ceiling. In the case of white and my 10' ceilings, they showed up terribly. The fix was to caulk every single seam, a process that took about 12 hours for my 16' x 11' ceiling. I tinted a batch of painter's caulk to match the panels and I'm sure that was absolutely critical to a getting a good looking result. It was also necessary to touch up every nail with paint tinted to match, though that went quickly.
All in all, I'm happy with the end result, and the product is as advertised, but be prepared to do some very finicky touch ups.
