(More customer reviews)A friend of mine purchased this table because the description said it was granite. However, the tabletop is not made of granite. It is marble and the color is imperial. The top is made of 2"x5" marble rectangles, not a full slab.
The set arrived in a timely manner and was fairly well packed, but one underside corner of the tabletop was chipped, but it's not really noticeable.
The screw packs for the chair assembly have stickers on the bags but they were marked wrong so care had to be taken to use the right length screws according to the directions. But assembly went fairly smoothly regardless.
I'd recommend this set, but only if you know what you're really getting.
