(More customer reviews)I've had these for over a year now. They are placed over top a concrete sidewalk that is approx 4 foot wide by 12 foot long. It is outdoors and we got a ton of rain last summer, basically 5 days a week it rained. These really swell and buckle when not treated with a water sealer. They looked like crap all summer and winter, in the spring I pulled them up and placed them in my shed where I left them for two weeks to dry out really well. I then cleaned them really well with a pressure washer and applied water sealer to every tile,front, back and in the cracks. It look beautiful all summer and the water sealer has held up really well but the wood is starting to turn gray and dull. I'm going to stain the wood this month and apply sealer again. Seems every year you'll need to stain and seal the wood.
These tiles would be better suited for underneath a patio away from the elements.
