(More customer reviews)If your bathtub and tile have mildew stains and/or mold that look like mine (and probably countless other bathtubs with tile all over the world), you want this product. It's easy to apply--just spray it on and let it dry! For tougher mildew and/or mold problems, spray this on every fifteen minutes until the black mildew or mold begins to run down the tile with a grayish color to it. Then you'll know you're making headway beating back that mold and mildew that are so common where the bathtub meets the tile in your bathroom and other similar places around the house.
There is definitely something I must caution you about, however. This has a powerful smell or odor to it that also has the quality of a fume; don't stay in the bathroom too long after you apply this. If your bathroom has a window that can be opened, open it while you use Tilex. When you need to spray this on every fifteen minutes or so to fight stubborn mold and mildew, just stay in the bathroom long enough to spray it on and then leave the bathroom. In addition, if you have asthma I would look for another product that fights mold and mildew; this is not a good product for people with asthma or any other significant medical breathing problems.
I notice that the price above is quite high so I assume that you get more than one bottle of Tilex for that amount of money. Before you place your order, check with Amazon or Ace Hardware's outlet to find out how many bottles of Tilex you get for the amount they're charging.
Overall, however, this product doesn't fail me and I recommend it unless you have breathing disorders. This type of Tilex is best used as I described above although for minor problems with mold and mildew you can get away with using this less often.
