(More customer reviews)I was at Wal-mart and they had all the Swiffer products on sale - so I bought them all! I have a huge house, it is mostly ceramic tile. The Swiffer dry sweeper is horrible. I have no dogs, just me and my husband, and the dry sweeper rags would pick up and do a fine job, for about the first 5 foot square area, then it would just push around crumbs, etc. Basically it was like pushing around a broom - only much, much, much smaller head.
The mop. I had such high hopes for this. It takes me two hours a week to mop my house. But unfortunately, the "wet pads" dry up in just a few minutes and of course, they would not get into the grout. Then it left streaks on top it.
The duster. This is not "so bad", however i seem to be having problems getting the handles into the dust pad, seems to rip through the dust pad every time, no matter how carefully I try to be. It does a great job attracting the dust, etc though. However, it still cannot beat the rag and can approach by any means. Rag and can approach you get that nice shiny, you know it's clean look. This you get more the feeling that there is "no visible dust". Does work nice on my ceiling fans though!
Overall? I am going with my Shark cordless vac for sweeping, buying a steam vac for my floors and using my rag and can for dusting with the exception of using the Swiffer duster for my ceiling fans.
