(More customer reviews)Interesting to read the reviews below. 2 rate the product poorly but are complaining about sellers and shipping not the product itself. I believe this is discontinued by Broan and it sold for over $400. For the $400 price I would rate this item 2 stars and probably not worth the money. For $90 I paid I give it a 4 star rating. Interestingly my unit had a couple small spots in the grey glaze that had been rubbed off or were a manufacturing defect like the first reviewer had. They were VERY small and I just touched them up with some grey acrylic tube paint. I can't spot them without really looking for them.
I was a little dissappointed with the thickness of the thing. It would have looked nicer if it were thinner and did not stand out so much from the wall. It is all ceramic and in my opinion does not look plastic as noted by another reviewer. It also does not look much like it was real tile either. But it is pleasent to look at and easy to mount. I will put it up and be happy with it in my recently remodeled kitchen while I move on to other projects happy I only invested 15 minutes in it. When I get done with the other major renovations and have more time perhaps I will revisit it with a real tile job around the cooktop. At the $90 price I won't be out much and I will probably find someone happy to re-use this in their kitchen.
