(More customer reviews)I like this mop. It's of good quality and sturdily built. The mop is heavy enough that the cleaning pad doesn't pop up off the floor like I've found happens with Bona's other mop. My only complaint is that the cartidge is quite small and relatively costly. I have a lot of wood floor to clean and I burn through one cartidge quite quickly. It's definitely more expensive than purchasing the mop with a separate spray bottle but much more convenient.
