(More customer reviews)The mop is fantastic. It's very wide and covers a large area fast. The washable microfiber pad is a bonus. I was concerned that using the mop would require constant triggering of the sprayer and make my hands uncomfortable. That wasn't true at all. The sprayer is great. One squeeze covers a large area. The cleaning solution is great too. It left my floors looking beautiful.
I a gave the low rating because of the misleading product description. I bought this particular product because I thought the cartridge was refillable. It is not. You must buy replacement cartridges. After receiving my mop and realizing it wasn't refillable I did some further research and it doesn't look like Bona even makes a refillable cartridge. I have read other reviews where they say you can drill a hole in the cartridge and refill it yourself. I haven't attempted something like that. The bottom line is that I could have bought this for $5 less from a seller that wasn't trying to mislead me with an false product description.
