(More customer reviews)This table is as attractive as it looks and is solidly constructed. It does wobble a little if it is leaned on due to the fact that it has a center pedestal. Note that the wood that is visible is solid, but some pieces are smaller pieces glued together and there is some wood filler used, but it is sanded and finished. This does not detract from the appearance, just FYI. The chairs are also solidly built. I'll post an update if my opinion changes! :-)
I bought this table from Cross Country Furniture and the first one arrived with a small manufacturing defect. They asked me to provide pictures of the packaging (to ensure it was not shipping damage) and the defect. They immediately ordered another table which arrived 3 or 4 days later and that one was also damaged. They then arranged to deliver a third table and pick up the other two. That table was in excellent condition. They definitely stand behind their products.
