(More customer reviews)The sales rep swore the product would remove the calcium deposits off of the bottom of my black bottom spa. It has been 2 months after my first application, and frankly I do not see any change in the plaster. The tile looks clean, so I'm guessing it kind of works. I thought is that if it existed a few years ago and I had added it to the spa water it might have prevented the calcium buildup. No way to know unless I empty out my spa, acid wash, and add the Beautec . I will update in a few months if I remember.
