(More customer reviews)I recently had surgery and my bathtub is pretty high. Therefore, I needed something to help stabilize me as I got into the tub to take a shower. The grip is very secure, so I don't expect it to fall off. Gave me a sense of security.
*** update *** Just wanted to mention that while I still appreciate having this product, on some occasions, one of the sides has started coming loose a little, causing it to slide. This seems to happen about once a month. Because of this, I would recommend that you test it prior to putting your full weight on it.
