Top was damaged upon opening box, not greatly, but it looked like another board had hit it, causing paint to be removed. 2 of the metal fastening devices snapped off upon tightening (very minor thing). All in all for the price I was satisfied with this product. I would recommend it to someone else. 4/5 Stars!
