(More customer reviews)I bought 6 of these glasses and 6 of the taller ones. When they arrived in the mail one was already broken. By the time we had used them for 6 months, 9 more had broken. Every one of them broke in the same way - a small crack at the lip of the glass that grows rapidly. None of the glasses were dropped and we never stacked them. The cracks just formed from regular use. We have a standard fare GE dishwasher and stopped using the heated drying when the first two of these glasses broke. The manufacturer insisted that I am the only one having this problem and that I must have gotten a bad batch. This seemed like a reasonable explanation until they sent me new ones to replace the broken ones. When they did, one of them was already broken (the same way) when it arrived. And one by one all the replacement ones are breaking too at a rate of about 1 per month. The second time I called the manufacturer to tell them that more were breaking, they insinuated that I had been stacking the glasses and was just not admitting it. For the price of these glasses, I could have bought upper-end glassware or low-end crystal. Even with my two young kids, glass and crystal would have lasted longer than these `unbreakable' glasses.
